Product Overview

The 11-22kW series submersible sewage pumps developed by ACPUMP comply with the GB/T24674-2021 Submersible Pumps for Sewage and Wastewater national standard. By incorporating the advantages of similar domestic and international products and integrating existing sewage pump series, an innovative anti-overload hydraulic model has been developed, making it a truly full-head-range submersible pump.

Simultaneously, comprehensive optimizations have been made in mechanical structure, wiring, sealing, protection, and control, resulting in higher configurations, superior hydraulic performance, stronger versatility, and enhanced reliability.

Primary Applications
Mainly used in sewage treatment plants, municipal sewage lifting pump stations, water supply plants, irrigation and drainage systems, water diversion projects, and integrated pump stations for transporting wastewater, sewage, and rainwater containing solid particles and long fibers.

Operating Conditions

  1. Medium temperature must not exceed 40°C, medium density ≤ 1050 kg/m³, and pH value within the range of 4–10.

  2. During operation, the liquid level must not fall below the "V" dimension indicated in the installation dimension diagram.

  3. The pump's main components are made of cast iron and ductile iron, so it must not be used for pumping highly corrosive or severely abrasive solid-laden media.

  4. The diameter of solid particles in the medium must be smaller than the minimum flow passage dimension. For specific particle size limits, refer to the *11-22kW Series Submersible Sewage Pump Performance Parameter Table*.

  5. The length of fibers in the medium must not exceed the pump’s discharge port diameter.

1. Unique Anti-Overload Hydraulic Design – Innovative Technology for Sewage Pumps
An innovative high-efficiency anti-overload hydraulic model design ensures optimal performance while maintaining the pump’s ability to handle sewage. This technology eliminates operational concerns, with the maximum power point occurring within the high-efficiency range, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation.

Impeller Performance:
Extensive CFD analysis and testing have optimized the impeller blade design, achieving the best balance between hydraulic efficiency and solid-passing capability. The unique flow passage design ensures smooth passage of solids and prevents fiber entanglement.

2. High-Quality Mechanical Seal
Equipped with imported Burgmann mechanical seals, the pump head seal features silicon carbide against tungsten carbide, providing maximum wear resistance. The seal is designed for a service life of 15,000 hours.

3. Self-Cleaning Technology for Mechanical Seals
Two single mechanical seals are installed in series. A special spiral groove or micro-gap at the pump cover prevents solid particles from depositing near the mechanical seal, enabling self-cleaning and extending seal life.

4. Short Shaft Extension Design
The short shaft extension significantly reduces shaft eccentricity errors, lowers the pump’s center of gravity, minimizes operational vibration, and extends the lifespan of mechanical seals and bearings.

5. Bearing Design
Bearings are designed for a minimum service life of 100,000 hours, ensuring long-term reliable pump operation.

6. Reliable Submersible Motor Design
The motor insulation class is rated H (maximum allowable temperature: 180°C), a significant improvement over Class F, allowing the motor to withstand higher temperatures and ensuring greater durability.

7. Versatile Pump Installation Design
Multiple installation options are available, including automatic coupling installation. The pump connects to the discharge pipeline via a coupling base, eliminating the need for conventional fasteners. Connecting or disconnecting the pump and discharge pipe is as simple as lowering or lifting the pump along the guide rails, saving time and effort.
